REFUND POLICY
Every item we carry at Lark & Co Baby and Children's Boutique is thoughtfully and carefully curated. We want you to love your order, and if that's ever not the case, we do accept returns.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume and deodorant marks, and in original condition with tags
  • Shoes must be unworn, have clean soles, and in original condition with tags
  • Shipped Orders - Item must be postmarked for return within 9 days of order shipping date
  • Pickup Orders - Item must be returned within 7 days of order being placed
  • Pop Up Shop Orders - Item must be postmarked for return within 3 days of purchase
  • Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees
  • Email larkandcoboutique@gmail.com to request a drop-off return or exchange
  • Returns will be issued in the form of an online credit only (sent via email) 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Accessories, final sale, and gift cards are non-returnable. 

ITEM EXCHANGES
Email larkandcoboutique@gmail.com to request an exchange.  Please allow up to a 24-hour response time. All items are purchased in limited quantities and therefore, exchanges are not guaranteed. In the event an item is no longer being available, an online credit will be issued in the form of an emailed gift card.
